 Put-in-Bay's newest Caribbean themed resort is located in the heart of downtown Put-in-Bay. Built in two phases in 2005 and 2007 the Put-in-Bay Resort is the island only full service resort & conference center with all rooms and amenities and meeting facilities in one convenient location!

The Bay Lodging House was originally established in August 1990, and is now under new ownership. In the summer of 2000, we added 28 new hotel rooms, a conference room and a beautiful indoor/outdoor heated pool, with spa. We welcome you to sit and relax poolside with your favorite cocktail or cold beer, made to order by our friendly snack bar staff.
 We now have 44 hotel units and 6 two bedroom units. Each 2 bedroom unit is spacious, air conditioned and consists of 2 bedrooms, bath, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Located on the main street Delaware Avenue in downtown Put-in-Bay, The Edgewater Hotel was built in 1999 and renovated in 2006. The Edgewater Hotel features rooms and suites in the heart of the Put-in-Bay Nightlife. Across the street from the hotel is DiRivera Park and the Put-in-Bay Waterfront. The Edgewater Hotel is walking distance to all downtown restaurants and shopping locations.
 Our Deluxe Hotel Rooms sleep up to 4 adults. Luxury Suites sleep up to 6 adults and feature a full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, wet-bar, kitchenette, 27" TV with cable, recliner, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 queen size beds, and a bath with a separate double vanity.

New for 2010 and located adjacent to the Put-in-Bay Resort & Conference Center, Put-in-Bay's newest hotel offers the absolute best stay on the island. Each villa rivals the best lodging found in Key West and other island vacation hotspots. Being built over the winter, Put-in-Bay Villas will open their doors in the Spring of 2010 and is accepting reservations now!
 Our deluxe 3-story Villas sleep up to either 8 or 10 adults. Each villa features a full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, wet-bar, kitchenette, 42" flat-screen TV with cable, living room, 4 bedrooms w/ queen size beds, and 3 full baths (one per floor).
Each floor has an exterior balcony patio to enjoy the warm summer air and view the award-winning Blue Marlin Tiki Bar & Grille pool area across the street and the world's largest hot tub seating 40 people. Pool access is complimentary with your stay at Put-in-Bay Villas.

The new Commodore Resort Hotel on Put in Bay has rooms which include: King Jacuzzi Suites, eight-person suites, and the traditional two double bed standard rooms. In addition, there are handicapped rooms available. Everyone seems to love the new rooms, the new amenities, and the new superior service that we offer. All of the rooms in the new building are equipped with high speed internet, microwaves, refrigerators, and the majority of the rooms have a view overlooking the famous pool area and tiki bar. We also have meeting and conference facilities and catering available for larger groups of up to 100 people for business meetings, banquets, weddings, parties and so on. If you are looking for an indoor/outdoor venue for your party or wedding, we also offer our rooftop patio deck/bar which can accommodate up to 200 people.
However, the Commodore Resort Hotel is not the only section of the business that we have changed and made better. The newly rebuilt Commodore Resort also includes a Subway Restaurant where you can get your choice of handmade subs with garden-fresh toppings, made right before your very eyes. Mr. Ed's Bar and Grille was also rebuilt two years ago. The bar and grille is now connected to the new section of our Put in Bay hotel, for easy access for our guests. Mr. Ed's is now three times the size of the original bar, with a 3000 square foot, second story viewing deck which overlooks the gorgeous Put-in-Bay harbor and DeRivera Park. The upstairs patio and viewing deck, with the best view on Delaware Avenue, can be rented out for private parties. We will continue to offer great food from our expanded menu, onsite catering, and great entertainment, featuring bands during the week and dj's on the weekends.
